I have a date three mornings a week at the local grocery store. We can get a quick 30 minute run in before everybody has to be home to get kids to school, hubbies to work, moms to work, etc.. We run hard and fast. Thankfully, we live in sunny So Cal, so the weather is fantastic for training in the winter. Average temperatures range from 40-60 degrees all winter long. However, this can lead to running clothes problems…should I wear tights and a jacket or tights and a vest or shorts and a vest?? Options all prove to be problematic because we always end up too hot. The wide waistband sits comfortably on the waist by is not too tight. I feel FAST when I run in them! In addition, they are stylish enough to be worn around town or even riding your bike.
