What’s the right way to plank?

So I’ve been having this debate with my sister.
What is the right way to plank?

 
On your hands?

 
Or on your forearms?
Personally, I feel more burn on my forearms.
But is there a right way?  I think if you are up and moving and working your body, then that is the right way!!!
